On Friday, February 19, 2027, the day before the 36th Annual Ambassadors Ball, the Diplomatic Corps of Arizona will host a Trade & Invest Summit at the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess. This forum brings together Swedish and Arizona business leaders, government officials, investors, universities, and members of the consular community to build new partnerships in trade and investment.

The summit theme is “A Partnership for Innovation and Sustainability.” Sweden ranks second in the world on the Global Innovation Index and has produced more billion-dollar startups per capita than nearly any other country. Arizona has become a national leader in semiconductor manufacturing and produces most of America’s copper. Through keynote addresses and industry panels, the summit will examine how the two economies can collaborate in mining, semiconductors, emerging technologies, sports, and gaming.
